Most of our mascots are ranging from 4'11" (150cm) to 6'5" (195cm),including 7 different sizes for your choice. Other sizes of both child and adult can be customized in our store. 

Orders usually take 5-8 business days to complete from the time the order is received. Then we will ship your mascot to you. Allow 10-18 days for free shipping and 3-7 days for fast shipping.

We specialize in custom mascots since 2007! We can change the colors of our listed mascot costumes or sculpt you a brand new custom-made from your brand image or visual identity!

Our lead time varies based on our production schedule and the complexity of the project. The production can begin once everything is approved. Our reputation means we are a priority among our suppliers.

No, MascotCostumeShine Characters do not rent any of its mascots.

Yes. We can ship to most major countries with most reasonable shipping cost.

We have no minimum quantity order. You can order as few or as many as you like.

A wide range of fabric are used which depends on what the design calls for.

For many animals or creatures we will use long hair or plush materials.

For Humans or creatures with a smother design, we will use different types of smooth synthetic materials.

Please let our team know if you have a preference on what material we use for your costume.

The longevity of a mascot costume ultimately depends on how often it is used and how well you take care of it. We recommend you bring it for cleaning and repairs every few years to ensure it stays in good condition.

We do not recommend using shoes on asphalt unless you order Parade Feet or Spats.

Each unique mascot costume has its own way to see out of it. Some mascots have vision through the mouth, while others have vision through the eyes, and still others you see through the head or neck itself.

All orders must be prepaid before we will ship.

Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 3 days from the time you received it and get your order refund. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and any shipping charges are not refundable which means we have to deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

There are no refunds on items that have been used, worn, rented, dirtied or damaged or on any CUSTOM mascots. No exceptions. For more information, please see our Return Policy.

After each use we recommend cleaning the head of the mascot with water an mild detergent. (from the inside).

For stains we recommend using a wet cloth and stain remover (just make sure it does not contain bleach).

We also recommend a deeper clean every few months as needed. For the deep clean we would advise to clean the head and feet from the inside following the instructions above.

We would also recommend washing the clothing by hand and avoid using excessive hear. Always allow your costume to fully air dry and never put your costume in the dryer.
